به گزارش روز پنجشنبه ایرنا ، اتحادیه 'چی.جی.ای.ال' بزرگترین اتحادیه كاری ایتالیا به دنبال اعلام دولت مونتی پیرامون اصلاحات قانون كار، تهدید به برگزاری اعتصاب عمومی 8 ساعته كرد.

این اتحادیه ضمن اعلام مخالفت با اصلاح ماده 18 قانون كار در رابطه با اخراج ساده و بدون توجیه شاغلین، بدون تعیین تاریخ برگزاری اعتصاب، تهدید به 16 ساعت اعتصاب كرد كه از این میزان 8 ساعت اعتصاب عمومی خواهد بود.

ماده 18 قانون كار ایتالیا نوعی ضامن شغلی برای شاغلین در این كشور است كه اخراج شاغلین را بدون یك دلیل موجه قانونی ،غیر ممكن می كند.

عده ای در افغانستان تلاش کرده اند نوروز را یک پدیده غیر اسلامی معرفی کنند و افغانها را از تجلیل آن بازدارند.

گروه طالبان در زمان حاکمیت بر افغانستان، از برگزاری جشن نوروز جلوگیری می کردند و پس از فروپاشی نظام طالبان نیز، گروه ها و حلقاتی همواره در مخالفت با این مراسم بوده اند.

از هفته ها پیش، همانگونه که آمادگی برای تجلیل از نوروز در افغانستان آغاز شده، صدای مخالفت با این جشن نیز، عمدتا در برخی مساجد بلند شده است.

از آن جمله زین العابدین، از ملاهای کابل، در خطبه نماز جمعه خود گفته است: "شما اطلاع ندارید، نوروز جشن زردشتی ها و کافرهاست. مسلمانها از واقعیت این جشن خبر ندارند. در نوروز لباسهای نو می خرند، غذاهای قسم قسم پخته می کنند. اما نمی دانند که نوروز را به عنوان یک عید بر ما تحمیل می کنند. بنیانگذار این کار کیست؟ جمشید که پادشاه زردشتیان بود."

آئین های نوروزی در بسیاری مناطق با باورهای مذهبی مردم گره خورده است.

او می افزاید: "در شهر مزارشریف مراسم نوروز با تلاوت آیات قرآن شروع می شود. فکر نمی کنم کسی از لحاظ دینی و مذهبی مدرکی داشته باشد برای تقبیح مراسم نوروز. نوروز در احادیث اسلامی یک چیز پذیرفته شده است."

نوروز فصل شکوفایی و باروری زمین است. مردم آریانای باستان هم نوروز را به عنوان شروع فصل تازه کشت و کار و برداشتن محصول جشن می گرفتند.

در باره زمان آغاز تجلیل از نوروز مدارک معتبر تاریخی در دست نیست، اما پیشینه این جشن به صدها سال پیش از امروز برمی گردد.

رهنورد زریاب، از نویسندگان و پژوهشگران افغان می گوید: "ما گفته می توانیم که هیچ کس تا حالا نتوانسته به جشن نوروز صدمه بزند. جشن نوروز از سالیان قبل تجلیل می شود. طالبان هم خواستند مراسم را برهم بزنند اما موفق نشدند و مردم این جشن را تجلیل می کردند. نوروز جشن مردمیست، مردم آنرا تجلیل می کنند و باید هم چنین باشد."

با وجود مخالفت ها در چند سال اخیر با نوروز در افغانستان، این جشن باستانی همه ساله راهش را به خانه های مردم باز می کند.

نوروز جشنی است که خانواده ها را به هم نزدیک تر می سازد و آئین های مختلفی برای تجلیل از آن اجرا می شود؛ خداحافظی با سالی که گذشت و استقبال از بهاری که می آید.

دلاوری: "در طول یک سال گذشته مجموع اسعار (ارز)ی که به خارج از افغانستان انتقال یافته، به بیش از دو چند رسید و از ۷۷۷ میلیون به تقریبا دو میلیارد دلار رسید"

بانک مرکزی افغانستان بر خارج کردن ارز از این کشور به خارج محدودیت وضع کرده است.

نورالله دلاوری، رئیس این بانک گفته که در چند سال اخیر نزدیک به پنج میلیارد دلار پول نقد از این کشور به بیرون منتقل شده است.

او روز شنبه، ۱۳ حوت/اسفند گفت: "در طول یک سال گذشته مجموع اسعار (ارز)ی که به خارج از افغانستان انتقال یافته، به بیش از دو چند رسید و از ۷۷۷ میلیون به تقریبا دو میلیارد دلار رسید."

به گفته او، بخش عمده ای از این پول از طریق فرودگاه کابل و چند بندر زمینی به خارجی از کشور منتقل شده است.

رئیس بانک مرکزی می گوید انتقال میلیاردها دلار پول نقد از افغانستان در چند سال اخیر، نگرانی در مورد شفافیت حساب این پولها را بیشتر کرده است.

تا حال مشخص نیست که این پولها توسط چه کسانی به بیرون از افغانستان منتقل شده و با چه اهدافی.

نورالله دلاوری افزود: "برای ما معلوم نبود که این پول از کجا می آید و به کجا می رود. این را نمی شد که از فرودگاه بر اساس گزارشی مشخص کنیم."

در یک سال گذشته نزدیک به دو میلیارد دلار از افغانستان به خارج منتقل شده است

او گفت: "حالا فیصله شده که یک نفر می تواند تا ۲۰ هزار دلار از فرودگاه و دیگر بندرها به صورت نقد خارج کند، اما بیشتر از آن را باید از طریق بانکها انتقال بدهد. در آن صورت ما می فهمیم که این پول از که بود، کجا رفت، چه وقت و اطلاعات کامل به دست ما می آید."

اما آقای دلاوری گفت تصمیم تازه بانک مرکزی از سوی شورای وزیران افغانستان هم مورد تایید قرار گرفته و حالا این تصمیم لازم الاجرا است.

در حدود ده سال گذشته دهها میلیارد دلار تحت عنوان کمک به بازسازی افغانستان، از سوی کشورهای کمک دهنده به این کشور سرازیر شده است.

حکومت افغانستان در سالهای اخیر هم از سوی مردم این کشور و هم از سوی کشورهای حامی آن متهم است که در حساب دهی این پولها به صور شفاف عمل نکرده است.

علاوه بر آن، سازمانهای بین المللی متعلق به کشورهای کمک دهنده خود نیز متهم هستند که در حیف و میل این پولها نقش داشته اند.

گفته می شود که بخشی از این پولها در قراردادهای بزرگ مالی قربانی فساد شده و بخش دیگر آن از سوی شماری از مقام های دولتی و یا هم افراد زورمند و صاحب نفوذ به جیب زده شده است.

در کنار کمکهای جامعه جهانی، کشت، تولید و قاچاق مواد مخدر نیز در ده سال گذشته منبع درآمد بزرگی بوده که پول حاصل از آن، که به میلیاردها دلار می رسیده، به خارج از افغانستان منتقل شده است.

سردار ابوحمزه بیان كرد: دهه مبارك فجر نشانگر پیوند عمیق و ناگسستنی ملت با ولایت فقیه و ولی امر مسلمانان است كه این مهم همیشه موجب هراس دشمنان شده است.

وی اضافه كرد: 33 سال عمر با بركت انقلاب اسلامی و عزتمندی ملت ایران به دنیا ثابت كرد كه حكومت دینی كارایی اداره جامعه اسلامی را دارد.

در این مراسم یگان های نمونه انتظامی، پایگاه پدافند هوایی، تیپ 71 روح الله، 42 قدر، پادگان آموزشی مالك اشتر ناجا، سپاه ناحیه اراك و ستاد سپاه روح الله استان مركزی حضور داشتند.

به گزارش ایرنا، عبدالحفیظ شیخ رییس هیات پاكستانی مذاكره كننده با طرف ایرانی , پس از برگزاری ضیافت شام به افتخار علی سعید لو معاون رییس جمهور در امور بین الملل و رییس هیات بلند پایه اقتصادی و سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران افزود: دو كشور در بسیاری از زمینه ها از جمله فرهنگ و تاریخ اشتراكات فراوانی داشته و به هم پیوند خورده اند.

وزیر دارایی پاكستان گفت: راههای فراوانی برای ارتقای همكاریها در مسائل منطقه ای و امنیتی وجود دارد و اسلام آباد آماده همكاری در تمامی زمینه ها با جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.

عبدالحفیظ شیخ با اشاره به اینكه پاكستان تمام تلاش خود را خواهد كرد تا هیات ایرانی حاضر در كشورش بادست پر از این سفر بازگردند ابراز امیدواری كرد كه رییس جمهوری ایران هرچه زودتر دیداری از پاكستان داشته باشد.

وی افزود: دیدگاه های آصف علی زرداری رییس جمهوری پاكستان و محمود احمدی نژاد بسیار نزدیك است و هر دو شخصیت خواستار نزدیكی مردم دو كشور به یكدیگر هستند.

در این دیدار سعید لو معاون رییس جمهوری كشورمان در امور بین الملل نیز با قدردانی از طرف پاكستان به مناسبت ضیافت شام، درباره مسائل دوجانبه ایران و پاكستان گفت : دو كشور دارای روابطی محكم و با ثبات هستند كه باید باز هم بیش از گذشته ارتقا پیدا كند.

رییس هیات ایرانی دیدار كننده از پاكستان در ادامه افزود: این دیدارها پیش زمینه نشست سه جانبه كشورهای ایران، پاكستان و افغانستان و دیدار روسای جمهوری سه كشور در آینده ای نزدیك در اسلام آباد است .

سعید لو با تاكید براینكه دوكشور خواستار ارتقای همكاری های در همه عرصه ها هستند، تصریح كرد: مقامات دو طرف باید تلاش بیشتری داشته باشند تا هرچه سریعتر به اهداف تعیین شده دست یابیم .

طبق برنامه ارائه شده سعید لو معاون رییس جمهوری ایران در امور بین المللی قرار است فردا سه شنبه در دومین روز سفر خود به پاكستان با فاروق ناییك رییس مجلس نمایندگان سنا دیدار و گفت وگو داشته باشد.

به گزارش ایرنا از بیروت، 'غضنفر ركن آبادی' سفیر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در لبنان با اشاره به موضوع اعطای روادید به مسافران لبنانی و ایرانی در مبادی ورودی دو كشور گفت: به مناسبت 12 بهمن (تاریخ ورود امام خمینی(ره) به ایران) مصوبه دولت لبنان در این خصوص اجرا خواهد شد.

سفیر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در لبنان در مصاحبه با خبرنگار ایرنا ضمن شرح روند اعطای روادید به مسافران ایرانی و لبنانی در مبادی ورودی دو كشور گفت: اگر مسافران ایرانی به مدت یك ماه به لبنان سفر كنند، نیازی به دریافت روادید از سفارت این كشور در تهران ندارند ولی این بدان معنا نیست كه روادید میان دو كشور مانند آنچه میان سوریه و ایران وجود دارد، لغو شده است.

وی افزود: اگر این مسافران بیشتر از یك ماه در لبنان اقامت داشته باشند، باید نسبت به دریافت روادید از سفارت لبنان در تهران یا مراجع ذی ربط در بیروت اقدام كنند.

ركن آبادی افزود: بنا به اعلام رسمی مراجع ذی صلاح لبنان به سفارت ایران در بیروت، از 12 بهمن مصوبه اعطای روادید مجانی در مبانی ورودی لبنان به مدت دو ماه اجرا خواهد شد و پس از آن این امر تابع اقدام متقابل ایران خواهد بود كه با توجه به موافقت دولت ایران با رایگان بودن روادید یك ماهه برای شهروندان لبنانی، مشكلی در اجرای دائم این مصوبه ایجاد نخواهد شد.

هیأت دولت لبنان دراواخر شهریور 1390اعطای روادید به مسافران ایرانی در مبادی ورودی را تصویب كرد.
